Hi Justin, while I like the idea of micro-transport for older folk, people with young children or with personal mobility issues, I do differ with you in that i believe mobility has always been a personal issue where individuals put convenience first where cities put in tram, buses and trains as public transport, people preferred to use taxis and private vehicles, if they could afford to, resulting the parking shortages and congestion on city roads leading to the congestion taxes, licencing restrictions and other top down approaches to discourage private vehicles we see in many cities. Sometimes city councils need to incentivise on one hand with better and faster public transport and punish on the other with congestion taxes and high parking fees, in order to change behaviour and achieve a better outcome
